I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Ben Gurion University (Israel), a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, and training in Spiritual Direction from ALEPH: Alliance for Jewish Renewal.
I am currently in an Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy program, which is a fancy way of saying - understanding unconscious motivations in the most effective, fastest way possible.
In addition to English, I speak Hebrew and Russian.
Alongside my work with patients, I’m personally in analysis with a Jungian therapist, part of an ongoing therapy group, and a member of the Open Therapy Institute (OTI).
I am not here for you to just "have someone to talk to." My work is focused and intentional.
I believe that every moment of the 50 minutes session holds the opportunity for a profound shift in the beliefs and feelings that control you without you noticing.
My work is about planting catalytic seeds of insight, disrupting the forces lurking in your blind spots, and penetrating your rigidity.
How else will you get leverage on this role you’ve adopted that’s got you by the tail?
